Mark Lauren On Demand is based on our most current training systems with continuous updates. We aim to release new workout videos,, or new features updates every other week. Mark Lauren On Demand also contains all our older DVD video programs, such as You Are Your Own Gym vol 1, You Are Your Own Gym vol 2, EFX, and Mobility Rx plus all of our new content like Bodyweight Training 2.0, Bodyweight Rehab, Ladder Workouts and more. Our current workouts are getting more functional and useful, with a better balance of strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. We also have Daily Workouts. The YAYOG app is still a great tool that is based on the 10-week programs out of Mark's first book.
