Mark Lauren On Demand is based on our most current training systems with continuous updates. We aim to release new workout videos, new cooking videos, or new features updates, such as gamification, every other week. Mark Lauren On Demand also contains all our older DVD video programs, such as You Are Your Own Gym vol 1, You Are Your Own Gym vol 2, EFX, and Mobility Rx. Our current workouts are getting more functional and useful, with a better balance of strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. We also have Daily Workouts. You can earn points while working out and track your workouts in the training history. The YAYOG app is still a great tool that is based on the 10-week programs out of Mark's first book.
