For almost all of our bodyweight workouts, you only need enough floor space to lie down on.

The 90-Day Challenge and the Strength Training Program have pulling movements that require sturdy objects that can support the weight of your body. For these exercises, a sturdy door and table will work well. You can also use a pull up bar with suspension straps. Check out the blog post on how to do the pulling movements and an equipment list:

Additionally you need a chair or a bench for the Strength Training Program. 

For Rollouts you need an ab roller or a towel on a smooth floor.
