Welcome! I recommend starting with the Prep Program. If you're totally new to exercise or haven't trained in a long time, or you just wanna start with the easiest possible starting point and start with the basics, this is your program!
After the Prep Program do the Bodyweight Training 2.0 program. With a gradual progression of 4 workouts per week, you will systematically improve athletic fundamentals, sports performance, and injury resistance.
Once you are done with that, you are ready for the 90-Day Challenge. The Challenge comes with three levels of difficulty. Start with Level 1.
